Im Auftrag eines renommierten Unternehmens aus der Region Frankenthal, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen motivierten und engagierten Mitarbeiter für das Import- & Exportmanagement (m/w/d). 

In this position, you will be responsible for the independent order processing of export and import transactions, including the management of shipments, customs clearance and the preparation of certificates of origin. You will coordinate and monitor all foreign trade processes, ensure on-time transportation and act as a contact person for national and international partners.

Your tasks:

  • Independent order processing of export and import transactions in compliance with international import and export regulations
  • Control of import and export shipments
  • Technical and commercial processing and preparation of export shipments, customs declarations and certificates of origin (land, sea and air freight)
  • Organization, coordination and monitoring of all foreign trade processes
  • Carrying out and monitoring on-time transportation and ensuring the timeline
  • Efficient freight and customs handling
  • Contact for national and international suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, customs clearance agents and customs authorities

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed training in the commercial sector or comparable qualification with a focus on forwarding and logistics services and foreign trade
  • Several years of professional experience in import & export management
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
  • Confident handling of common MS Office products
  • Ability to think as well as a high level of comprehension and organizational talent
